This is a rare out-of-season peach that is unique not only in the world but also in Japan.
The average sugar content is 20°, which is much higher than that of summer peaches (Summer Peach Premium has a sugar content of 14° or more).
Rich in aroma and full of juice, these peaches are delicious whether they are hard or soft.
Only the finest peaches from "Buhei," an original variety developed by Fuji Farm, are shipped under the name "Snow Peach."

The fruit is grown with bags covering it from the time it becomes a young fruit in late May until it is harvested.
Therefore, the fruit is not exposed to pesticides from late May until harvest.
