Products will be delivered using Yamato Transport.

[Regarding Specifying Delivery Date and Time]

  • We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates.
  • Once delicious products are harvested, they will be shipped in the order of reservation.
  • Please specify your preferred delivery time slot in the remarks column.
  • However, depending on the destination, we may not be able to meet your requested time slot. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If there are any inconvenient dates for delivery at the time of your order, please write them in the remarks column.
  • We do not accept re-delivery requests for products returned to us due to exceeding the storage period for undelivered items.
  • If the product is undeliverable and returned due to long-term absence, incorrect delivery information, or relocation, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

[About Ordered Products]

  • The products you order will be sold on a reservation basis.
  • Once delicious peaches are harvested, they will be shipped in the order of reservation. After shipment is completed, a shipment completion email will be sent, so please check the delivery status with the inquiry number provided.
  • Estimated shipping periods: White peaches and yellow peaches: From July to mid-late September; SnowPeach: From early to late November
  • We take utmost care in quality checks at the time of shipment. However, if there are any discrepancies in the product contents upon delivery, product defects, or damages during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of product arrival. We will investigate the cause and respond promptly.
  • We take great care in preparing shipments to ensure that the outer box does not get scratched or dented. However, after handing over to the delivery company, there may be some damage or deformation during transportation due to unforeseen accidents or the responsibility of the delivery company. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer box as long as the contents are not damaged.
