About Shipping and Shipping Fees
Products will be delivered using Yamato Transport.

[Regarding Specifying Delivery Date and Time]
- We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates. Once delicious products are harvested, they will be shipped in the order of reservation.
- Please specify your preferred delivery time slot. However, depending on the destination, we may not be able to meet your requested time slot. Thank you for your understanding.
- We do not accept re-delivery requests for products returned to us due to exceeding the storage period for undelivered items.
[About Ordered Products]
The products you order will be sold on a reservation basis. Once delicious products are harvested, they will be shipped in the order of reservation.
Estimated shipping periods:
- White peaches and yellow peaches: From July to mid-late September
- SnowPeach: From early to late November
We take utmost care in quality checks at the time of shipment. However, if there are any discrepancies in the product contents upon delivery, product defects, or damages during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of product arrival. We will investigate the cause and respond promptly.
If it is determined that the cause is due to our farm, we will promptly resend the product at our expense, including shipping and handling fees. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for fresh products due to customer convenience.
If the product is undeliverable and returned due to long-term absence, incorrect delivery information, or relocation, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
[Conditions for Non-Returnable Items]
Except for product defects or damages caused by our farm, we do not accept returns or guarantees for products in the following situations. By completing the order process, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms, so please confirm and agree before placing your order.
- Products that have been contacted more than 24 hours after arrival at the delivery destination
- Products that have been opened or already consumed after arrival due to customer convenience
- Products deformed or damaged due to unforeseen accidents during the shipping process
- Products whose quality has deteriorated due to long-term storage at the delivery company's facility due to the recipient's absence
- Returns due to personal preferences such as "I tried it but didn't like the taste" or "The taste was different from what I imagined"
[Other Precautions]
- We do not accept cancellations or refunds after the product has been shipped.
- If you have plans for a sudden long-term absence near the product delivery date, please be sure to contact us. If the product has not been shipped yet, we will respond as much as possible.
Sales Quantity
There is no particular limit, but sales will end as soon as the product runs out.

Credit card payment, PayPay, cash on delivery
Payment Deadline
- Credit card and PayPay: Payment is completed at the time of purchase.
- Cash on delivery: Payment is made upon product arrival.
Return Shipping Fee
If you contact us regarding product defects or damages caused by our farm, and we request the return of the product with photos of the purchased product upon arrival, the cost will be borne by us. In such cases, please return the product by cash on delivery. In some cases, return may not be necessary once the situation is understood.
