Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Peaches are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience.
However, in the case of obvious defects (such as quality deterioration or damage during delivery), we will send a replacement product as soon as the condition of the product is confirmed.
- Since the products are perishable, the storage period for the products is until the delivery date.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for damages caused by customer convenience or long-term absence resulting in storage at the delivery center.
- If there are any issues due to deterioration or damage of the product, please contact us by email. When contacting us, please be sure to attach a photo of the purchased product at the time of arrival and clearly state the purchased product, purchase date, name, address, and phone number.

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items
Except for defects or damage caused by our company, we do not accept returns or guarantees for products in the following situations. By completing the order process, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms, so please confirm and agree before placing your order.
- Products that have been contacted more than 24 hours after arrival at the delivery destination
- Products that have been opened or already consumed after arrival due to customer convenience
- Products deformed or damaged due to unforeseen accidents during the shipping process
- Products whose quality has deteriorated due to long-term storage at the delivery company's facility due to the recipient's absence
- Returns due to personal preferences such as "I tried it but didn't like the taste" or "The taste was different from what I imagined"
