Terms Of Service

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by Fuji Farm (hereinafter referred to as "the Farm"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use this Service shall comply with these Terms.

1. Registration Procedure

User registration for this Service is completed when the User agrees to these Terms, applies in the manner prescribed by the Farm, and the Farm sends an approval notice.

2. Rejection of Approval

The Farm may reject a user registration application if it determines that any of the following reasons apply:

• False information was provided at the time of the user registration application
• There has been a violation of these Terms in the past
• Other cases where the Farm deems the application inappropriate

1. Management Responsibility

Users shall manage their User ID and password at their own responsibility.

2. Prohibition of Third-Party Provision

User IDs and passwords cannot be transferred, lent, or shared with third parties. Login using the combination of User ID and password will be considered as use by the respective User.

3. Responsibility for Unauthorized Use

The Farm shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of User ID or password by a third party, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Farm.

1. Contract Formation

In this Service, a sales contract is formed when the User applies to purchase a product and the Farm sends an acceptance notice. Ownership of the product transfers to the User at the time the Farm hands over the product to the delivery company.

2. Contract Termination

The Farm may terminate the sales contract without prior notice in the following cases:

• The User violates these Terms
• Delivery of the product is impossible
• Other cases where the trust relationship is deemed to have been damaged

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided in this Service belong to the Farm or the content provider. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise use these contents without permission.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe intellectual property rights
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of servers or networks
• Commercial use of information obtained through this Service
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Farm's services
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Collecting personal information of other users
• Impersonating other users
• Providing benefits to anti-social forces
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Farm

1. Reasons for Suspension

The Farm may suspend or interrupt the provision of this Service without prior notice if it determines that any of the following reasons apply:

• System maintenance, inspection, or updates
• Service difficulties due to force majeure
• System stoppage due to accidents
• Other cases where the Farm deems it necessary

2. Limitation of Liability

The Farm shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to measures taken under this article.

The Farm may change these Terms if it deems it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time the Farm notifies Users in the manner prescribed by the Farm.

The Farm shall handle Users' personal information appropriately when providing this Service. The handling of personal information may be separately stipulated in a privacy policy.

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Farm shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
